TRAILED TEDDER WITH TRANSPORT CHASSIS
XT 780-6 / XT 1030-8
New XT 1030-8 is an high-performance tedder, designed to maximize productivity and crop quality. Its large working width, of 10.3 meters, allows to cover large working areas in less time.
Designed with: independently oscillation of the rotors, adjustment of incidence angle and teeth working height regulation, the rotors adapting perfectly to the irregularities of the ground and to many different working conditions, increasing performance and work quality. Thanks to these adaptability capabilities, the hay is distributed delicately, creating a homogeneous blanket and facilitating subsequent windrowing and harvesting operations, ensuring swath protection.
The intuitive and precise hydraulic system ensures optimal operation of the implement, guaranteeing smooth and precise movements during the transition from work to transport.
Each rotor oscillates independently, adapting perfectly to the irregularities of the ground. This ensures constant contact with the hay and uniform distribution over the entire worked surface.
The folding of the rotors, which can be operated directly from the hydraulic distributor of the tractor, makes it possible to considerably reduce the overall height of the machine during travel.
The swath passage function allows all the rotors to be lifted simultaneously, optimizing working times and making maneuvers easier at the end of the field, avoiding the incorporation of impurities.
Equipped with a double-acting and a single-acting line, the hydraulic system is simple and intuitive, and simplifies the transition from work to travel.
The adjustment of the working height of the teeth, which can be carried out using a practical crank, guarantees millimetric precision and allows the machine to be adapted to any terrain condition and type of forage, thus optimizing performance and work quality.
The two central rotors are equipped with twin wheels. This solution ensures a wider support and distributes the weight of the machine evenly, improving its stability.
The adjustment of the angle of incidence, with pre-set positions, allows the machine to be adapted to a variety of working conditions and types of fodder, always ensuring an optimal result.
The wheels of the transport trolley act as feeler wheels, guiding the tines precisely and allowing them to actively follow the contours of the ground.
